Responsibilities:

1. Answer customers' questions online in real time, guide customers to correctly use the company's products in the process of placing orders, and frequently asked questions about products;
2. Be responsible for daily order    data statistics and tracking cargo transportation status, timely feedback and efficient processing;
3. Be able to use professional standard scripts to answer customer objections;
4. Proactively identify problems,    timely understand the causes and feed back to customers, do a good job in customer comfort and provide corresponding services to customers

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, customer service experience in cross-border logistics business is preferred;
2. Proficient in using Excel, PPT and other basic software;
3. Be flexible, have good customer service awareness    and communication skills, strong learning ability, and quickly start the company's operating system;    
4. Affinity, patience in dealing with customer problems, good language organization and communication skills;    
5: Have good teamwork spirit and internal and external communication skills, have certain pressure resistance ability and strong service consciousness, and have a down-to-earth and willing to learn working attitude;
